OUR STORY
Street stalls, brought indoors — with all the fun intact.
Kin Dee began with one small kitchen on Madison Street and a stack of recipes carried over from home — the kind inspired by busy street stalls, late-night markets, and the everyday food people grow up eating in Thailand.
Three kitchens later, the idea is still the same: bold flavors, plenty of heat, and a warm welcome. Each location has its own personality and menu, but it all comes from the same recipe box.
